We finally got around to watching the movie The Greatest Game Ever Played last Sunday. We thought it was a great feel-good sports story similar to Hoosiers, The Rookie, or Miracle. Our family gave it 4 out of 5 stars.
Inspired, Jake has taken up golf again. We had to break down and buy some wiffle balls so we wouldn’t have a repeat of an unfortunate golfing accident 2 years back. It took Jake several months to pay off that broken window debt.

Emma is receiving "lessons" from Jacob. Her swing isn't bad.
